• Your act/the act you represent.
• A short bio of your/the act.
• What you would like (Record review, live review, or interview).
• Any upcoming live dates.
• Promotional photos to use in the review/interview.
  These photos should be compatible with Instagram and Twitter, i.e. no cropping or editing needed.
• Album artwork to use in the review
• Social media links.
• A contact email address.
